Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason, you can do so by sending us an email within 24 hours of purchase at support@walkywalk.ca
Refunds
If you receive a defect item, please contact us immediately. Once a refund is approved from our team, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you did not receive your order after 30 days, contact our support and you might be eligible for a full refund. In case you have entered the wrong shipping address, contact our support so we can fix your address and ship a new package. We do not offer a refund for this type of scenario. For all other reasons, we do not offer refunds.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
